At this time, we do not accept returns and there are no refunds. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.

We will gladly replace defective or broken candles impacted in transit. Please email us at shopgenandco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and attach a picture of the damaged item.
